Joshua obtained his Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Science from the University of the Sunshine Coast in 2015. With a passion for exercise based rehabilitation, chronic disease management, injury prevention, physical activity promotion and exercise education. His specialist area is Musculoskeletal Rehab, with a focus on treating Low Back Pain and Knee/Hip Pain or joint replacement. He also has experience with Osteoarthritis/Osteoporosis, Cardiovascular Disease, Alzheimer’s/Parkinson’s, Diabetes Mellitus, and Mental Health. Using ‘Exercise is Medicine’ as his prescription, Josh enjoys helping people to achieve their goals while improving their quality of life and managing their own Chronic Disease through education.
As a Sunshine Coast local, Josh enjoys helping people find ways to achieve their health and wellness goals through individualised exercise programs to improve function and reduce pain. Practicing what he preaches through living an active lifestyle, Josh can often be found exploring the Glass House Mountains and finding any opportunity to be active in his daily life.

Tash is an Accredited Practising Dietitian, registered with the Dietitian’s Association of Australia (DA) and graduated from the University of the Sunshine Coast.

Tash is a dedicated Dietitian who is passionate in helping people reach and maintain their health goals. Having completed a Graduate Certificate in Aged Care, Tash has extended her knowledge in healthy aging, providing a holistic approach to her client’s needs in an area of special interest.

While maintaining a keen interest in all areas of medical nutrition therapy, Tash can assist you with diabetes management, cardiovascular conditions, respiratory health and weight management. As a Monash FODMAP certified dietitian, she is able to assist you in a low FODMAP diet and digestive disorders.

Tash will work with you, your general practitioner and other members of your healthcare team to ensure the development of a comprehensive and coordinated plan to achieve your health goals.

Kath obtained her Dip. Remedial Massage, Adv. Rehabilation from Q Academy (Queensland Academy of Remedial Therapies, Sunshine Coast).
With a passion for pain relief/management illness/injury rehabilitation, sciatic relief, neck pain and headache alleviation.  
Her specialist area is lower back pain, focusing in sciatic relief, aiming to restore range of motion and quality of life.
Kath uses a number of different techniques in her massage treatments, including trigger point therapy, passive/active stretching, deep tissue stimulation,percussion technique and cupping therapy.
Having treated a broad array of clients from professional Ironmen, NRL, AFLW, Surf life saving, through to injury/accident victims, pregnant Mumma’s and children of all ages; she welcomes all clients from every walk of life.
Kath provides a welcoming and calm clinic, believing that trust and connection with her clients and a willingness to take the journey with them through treatment, results in smiles on faces and the best of outcomes.
Having lived on the Sunshine Coast for over 12 years, Kath enjoys everything “beach, fishing, friends and food” and loves tackling the hinterland hikes and waterfall trails the Coast has to offer.

Jaimee is a Credentialed Diabetes Educator (CDE) and Registered Nurse, with a background in Exercise Physiology.  She is experienced in both paediatric and adult type 1 and type 2 diabetes as well as diabetes and pregnancy.  Jaimee is familiar with all the latest technologies’ including Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) systems and insulin pumps.  She is passionate about helping people manage diabetes and exercise, helping those with pre-diabetes reduce their risk of developing type 2 and educating, and empowering and supporting everyone managing diabetes of all kinds, including family carers.  She has lived with type 1 diabetes herself for over 25 years.

Andrew is a registered podiatrist with the Podiatry Board of Australia and principal podiatrist for Andrew Khoury Podiatry. Andrew has an interest in diabetic wound management and is the Senior Diabetic Podiatrist at both Nambour and Sunshine Coast University Hospitals, where he treats and manages complex diabetic wounds.
In Private Practice, Andrew’s treatment ranges from general foot care to ingrown toenail surgery, treating children’s growing feet, foot biomechanics and diabetic assessments. Orthotics are custom made by Andrew as standard or complex, depending on the foot needs of the patient. Andrew has genuine care and consideration for each and every patient, accepting and bulk billing Enhanced Primary Care Plans as part of the Medicare scheme.

After working as a dental technician from 1990-2004, Peter successfully completed his Post Graduate in Prosthodontics (2004) from Otago University, Dunedin New Zealand, and then an official course from RMIT University, Melbourne (2017) in Implant Supported Over Dentures.
